Rye has made a comeback and Whip Saw Rye Whiskey is leading the charge. We first perfected our recipe, crafting it from a blend of whiskeys, up to 7 years old; and then we aged it in seasoned French oak wine barrels for additional depth and complexity. Finally, we finished it with a touch of sweet honey and spicy cardamom. This rye whiskey is remarkably smooth yet perfectly spiced. It's as good as it gets.

At Whip Saw we believe rye whiskey should excite. Rye is usually an ingredient in bourbon and like whiskey, rye tastes like it was cooked on a fire. This unique flavor comes from the grains used which add more smoky, spicy and herbal tones to this amazing spirit.

Extraordinary deep amber color. Aromas of a beautiful vanilla crème brulée, spiced candied fruit-cake, bergamot, banana, earth, wood-smoke with a hint of black truffle. Decadent, complex flavors of citrus, caramel and butterscotch, layered baking spices with a touch of ginger with a silky-smooth lingering spice finish. Delicious in a cocktail. Whip Saw Rye needs nothing.
