TASTING NOTES

A wild ride of aromas, notes and complexity. Smooth, fiery chili notes, light smoke & strong on the palate, taste with sweetness, florals, fruits and earthy notes until the last note. 

COCKTAIL

AL PASTOR
INGREDIENTS:
-1 1/2 oz Firme Mezcal Ensamble
-3/4 oz Lime Juice
-3/4 oz Simple Syrup
-1 oz Pineapple Juice
-Jalapeño Weels & 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a shaker,
muddle & add ice. Shake for 30 secs.
Double strain into a collings glass with Tajin. Garnish with dry Pineapple & Cilantro stem.
