A gin with a beautiful citrus forward kick and a perfect meld with juniper and the rest of our botanicals. We wanted a gin that would bridge between the classic gin & tonic and an ice cold martini . We love the way it turned out and we think you will too.

It's the perfect gin for just sipping over ice with a twist if thats your preference.

The Briny Deep is the result of using grain locally grown and malted just down the road, sometimes arriving at the distillery still warm from the drying bins and tasting crispy and sweet . We double pot distill and make deep cuts so only our hearts go in the barrel and not the "hangover."

FirTop has a perfect meld of citrus and juniper with hints of coriander. It is truly delicious as a martini gin or a gin and tonic base, pure and bright in its flavor, perfection! We double distill in our pot stills, using only the finest ingredients including local grain and botanicals. We make deep cuts when we distill producing a product 2nd to none in quality and taste.

Turf Club Cocktail

Ingredients
5 tablespoons (2 ½ ounces) Elk Fence Distillery Firtop Botanical Gin

2 tablespoons (1 ounce) Dry Vermouth

½ teaspoon maraschino liqueur (such as Luxardo)

¼ teaspoon Pernod Absinthe

1 round orange slice

Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions
Combine gin, vermouth, maraschino liqueur and Pernod Absinthe in a mixing glass. Express the orange slice into the mixing glass. Add expressed orange slice and ice to the mixing glass. Stir until well chilled. Double strain about 2 1/2 ounces of the mixture into a chilled, straight-sided martini glass. Strain remaining mixture into a sidecar decanter; discard orange slice. Garnish cocktail with a lemon twist. Keep the sidecar chilled in an ice filled glass.
