It is, of course, proudly without coloring or chill-filtration and bottled at 46.8% alcohol, resulting in an oily, chewy spirit that brings an incredible mouth-feel. Timorous Beastie 24 brings milk chocolate, dried cigar box, and fresh strawberries to the classic Timorous Beastie profile.

Matured in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, this composed and harmonic Highlander showcases malts from such distilleries as Blair Athol, Dalmore, Glen Garioch, and Glengoyne. Timorous Beastie is a grain-driven testament to the affable style of the Scottish Highlands.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: notes of toffee and dried fruits, along with nutmeg, allspice, and a soft touch of oak.

Palate: thick, oily, and spicy with clove, allspice, cardamom, and nutmeg notes balanced by touches of caramel and toffee underneath.

Finish: long and dry with lingering spices and touches of dried fruits.
