Cazcanes No. 10 Blanco Still Strength 750ml

For making tequila, Cazcanes uses genuine artesian water. On the pristine heights of the San Pedro De Los Landeros Mountains, the water first appears as rain. Before surfacing at the Navichi springs, it slowly moves through natural minerals deep within the volcanic highlands. For a distinctively rich flavor, they hand-select each solitary Weber Blue agave before harvesting it at its highest sugar content.

The full proof of 10 Still Strong is 54% abv when it is bottled. Cooked agave, lime, black pepper, grassiness, and a tinge of minerality may all be detected on the nose. With additional black pepper, citrus oils, green olives, anise, jalapenos, and a beautiful saltiness, the palate is huge and strong.
